Job summary

Rebound Therapies in Coldwater, MI is seeking energetic afterschool care staff to work with children with autism and related needs. You will provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans and track progress with families.

Hours are 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with paid training and opportunities for advancement. Pay starts at $20/hour, plus bonuses and drive-time reimbursement for local client visits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism and related needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and celebrate achievements with families.
• Travel to client homes and community settings (with reimbursed drive time).
