Job summary

Rebound Therapies in Lansing, MI is expanding its afterschool care program for children with autism. We’re hiring afterschool staff for the 3:00 PM–8:00 PM, Monday–Friday shifts, with pay starting at $20/hour.

You’ll provide one-on-one therapy per individualized plans, travel to client homes and community sites (drive time reimbursed), and work with a supportive team.

No ABA experience required; paid training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism and related needs.
• Provide one‑on‑one therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and celebrate achievements with families.
• Travel to client homes and community settings (with reimbursed drive time).
• Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals.
