Job summary

Rebound Therapies in Lansing, MI is seeking an afterschool care staff member to work with children with autism in home and community settings from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with travel between client homes.

You will provide one-on-one therapy following individualized plans, track progress with families, and join a supportive team. Paid training and bonuses make this a rewarding role.

Qualifications

• Reliable, compassionate, and ready to learn.
• Ability to commit to afternoon/evening availability.
• Willingness to travel locally between client homes and community sites.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism and related needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy based on individualized treatment plans.
• Track progress and celebrate achievements with families.
• Travel to client homes and community settings (with reimbursed drive time).
