Job summary

The YMCA of Southeastern North Carolina is looking for enthusiastic Afterschool Program Staff to join our team. As a vital part of our community, you’ll supervise and engage with school-aged children in exciting activities from 2:00–6:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Your commitment will ensure kids have a safe, fun, and enriching environment after school. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, professional development opportunities, and the chance to make a difference in children's lives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and supervise school-aged children in a safe environment.
• Lead games and physical activities.
