Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; one year of college preferred.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification within 30 days of hire date.
• Experience with children in a developmental setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements curriculum within established guidelines.
• Designs and implements daily lesson/activity plans.
• Supervises children, classroom, and activities.
• Performs ongoing observations and evaluations of each child.
• Communicates with parents about activities and behavior.
• Maintains site, equipment, and program records.
• Attends staff meetings and trainings.
• Follows Healthy Eating and Physical Activity standards.
