Job summary

PACCAR Parts is seeking a Functional Application Manager to support VIPS and RMI platforms and drive FAM process improvements. You will coordinate with product owners, global teams, and users to ensure smooth operation and timely issue resolution.

Based in Renton, WA or Lewisville, TX, this role emphasizes governance, testing, and end-to-end validation while advancing AI opportunities to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, data science and analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Aftersales Business Product Manager, Product Owner, and FAM counterparts for VIPS and RMI process standardization.
• Support product owners in system health monitoring, backlog prioritization, and bug fixes/enhancements.
• Identify AI opportunities to create operational efficiencies for FAM processes.
• Ensure compliance of defined governance structures.
• Serve as primary FAM for VIPS and RMI during rollout and post-launch.
• Liaise between technical teams, business product owners, and end users for RMI and VIPS development and issue resolution.
• Represent teams during discussions on functional and non-functional requirements for enhancements.
• Support content, parts, and customer-facing teams with root-cause analysis and triage.
• Act as SME/point of contact on RMI, VIPS, IPPS, and related architecture for business teams.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing, functional validation, and guide user acceptance testing.
