PACCAR Parts seeks a Functional Application Manager to oversee VIPS and RMI systems, ensuring smooth operations and timely support for users across Aftersales. You will partner with Product Owners, technical teams, and end users to address issues, implement enhancements, and drive governance and testing activities.

The role focuses on process standardization, system health monitoring, and global coordination, reporting to the Aftersales Business Product Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, data science and analytics, or a related field.
5 years' experience in trucking or automotive industry, IT, or global companies as an IT professional or related role.
Experience with aftermarket systems such as ECAT, Teamcenter, ServiceNet, or Engine RMI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex topics concisely.
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Aftersales stakeholders to standardize processes and plan VIPS and RMI.
Support product owners in system health monitoring and backlog prioritization.
Identify AI opportunities to create operational efficiencies for FAM processes.
Ensure governance structures are followed and documented.
Serve as primary FAM for VIPS and RMI during rollout and post-launch.
Coordinate with global teams and end users for development and issue resolution.
Guide user acceptance testing and functional validation for VIPS and RMI.
