Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Project Cost Performance Specialist to drive cost optimization across the product development lifecycle. You will consolidate TPC forecasts, support project teams in meeting cost targets, and guide cost reduction initiatives using AI-enabled tools.

You will partner with engineering, finance, and program management to ensure profitability from concept to SOP and production, delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of forecasting/budgeting experience.
• Strong experience in cost analysis, product costing, manufacturing finance, or program controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidation and management of Total Production Cost (TPC) forecasts from project initiation through SOP and mass production.
• Provide data-driven insights to drive cost-convergence and target achievement across engineering, finance, and program management.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to consolidate cost data, detect cost drivers, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
