Job summary

Aerzen USA Corp. seeks a Customer Engagement Specialist to support its aftermarket growth strategy by engaging with customers, analyzing data, and providing operational support across blower product lines.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer service or data-driven roles, experience with CRM/ERP, and strong English communication. Travel is minimal; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a data-driven role.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• English required; Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen customer relationships and support long-term retention.
• Validate installed-base details and update ERP/CRM systems.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for aftermarket growth.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Parts teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Travel minimally (less than 5%).
