Job summary

Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. is hiring for part-time ABA support roles in Raleigh, with pay at $25+/hour. The position involves working in home, community, school, and clinic settings with children and young adults ages 2-21 under BCBA supervision.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, teach skills via structured activities, and record data to monitor progress. Flexible schedules and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow an individualized treatment plan.
• Experience in childcare, education, ABA, or direct support is welcome.
• Be at least 18 years of age with some college education in the field; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred but not required.

Job description

Pay: $25+/hour
Schedule: Part-Time 12pm-7pm available
Settings: Home, community, school, and/or clinic, depending on the assignment
Clients: Children and young adults ages 2-21

Help clients build communication, independence, and daily living skills through one-to-one ABA services. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you'll work under the supervision of a BCBA and support an assigned caseload of families.

What we're looking for

• An interest in working with children and young adults.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow an individualized treatment plan.
• Reliable attendance for assigned sessions.
• Experience in childcare, education, ABA, or direct support is welcome.

• Some experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, direct support, education, or a related field
• Support with daily living and personal care routines, including toileting, hygiene, and self-care skills using structured, individualized ABA strategies to promote independence.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred but not required

• Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
