Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. is looking for compassionate staff to deliver one-to-one ABA services to children and young adults between 2 and 21 years old. You’ll work under a BCBA supervisor across home, community, school, or clinic settings depending on the assignment.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, teach skills through structured activities and play, and record data to help the clinical team track progress. Reliable attendance and 12pm–7pm shifts are important.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with children or young adults in ABA, childcare, or education.

• Reliable attendance for assigned sessions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certified preferred.

Pay: $25+/hour
Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time 12pm-7pm available
Settings: Home, community, school, and/or clinic, depending on the assignment
Clients: Children and young adults ages 2-21

Help clients build communication, independence, and daily living skills through one-to-one ABA services. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA and support an assigned caseload of families.

What you’ll do

• Record accurate data so the clinical team can track each client’s progress.
• Communicate with your BCBA, team members, and families.
• Attend scheduled sessions, meetings, and training.

What we’re looking for

• An interest in working with children and young adults.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow an individualized treatment plan.
• Reliable attendance for assigned sessions.
• Experience in childcare, education, ABA, or direct support is welcome.
• Some experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, direct support, education, or a related field
• Support with daily living and personal care routines including toileting, hygiene, and self-care skills-using structured, individualized ABA strategies to promote independence.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred but not required
• Be at least 18 years of age with some college education in the field; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
• CPR/First Aid Certified preferred
