Job summary

Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. seeks a part-time aide to support one-to-one ABA services for children and young adults ages 2-21. Under BCBA supervision, you will help build communication, independence, and daily living skills across home, community, school, and clinic settings.

Responsibilities include following treatment plans, data recording, and coordinating with the clinical team and families. The role offers paid training, advancement opportunities, and a benefits package for eligible

Qualifications

• Interest in working with children and young adults.

• Experience in childcare, education, ABA, or direct support welcomed.
• 18+ years old with some college education; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Job description

Pay: $25+/hour
Schedule: Part-Time 12pm-7pm available
Settings: Home, community, school, and/or clinic, depending on the assignment
Clients: Children and young adults ages 2-21

Help clients build communication, independence, and daily living skills through one-to-one ABA services. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA and support an assigned caseload of families.

What we’re looking for

• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow an individualized treatment plan.
• Reliable attendance for assigned sessions.
• Experience in childcare, education, ABA, or direct support is welcome.

• Some experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, direct support, education, or a related field
• Support with daily living and personal care routines-including toileting, hygiene, and self-care skills-using structured, individualized ABA strategies to promote independence.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred but not required
• Be at least 18 years of age with some college education in the field; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance

• CPR/First Aid Certified preferred
