Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. seeks caring professionals to provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children and young adults (ages 2–21).

The role is part-time, 12pm–7pm, with settings across home, community, school, and/or clinic, under supervision of a BCBA. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with the BCBA and families while building skills and independence through structured activities.

Qualifikationen

• An interest in working with children and young adults.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow an individualized treatment plan.
• Reliable attendance for assigned sessions.
• Experience in childcare, education, ABA, or direct support is welcome.
• Some experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to support daily living and personal care using ABA strategies.
• RBT credential preferred but not required.
• Be at least 18 years of age with some college education; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay: $25+/hour
Schedule: Part-Time 12pm-7pm available

Help clients build communication, independence, and daily living skills through one-to-one ABA services. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA and support an assigned caseload of families.
