Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Support Staff to work 1:1 with mental health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities, and accompany clients into the community to help reach personal goals outside the home.

Excellent communication, compassion and ability to follow care plans are required. We offer paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process to start quickly.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass required background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to Recipients in their homes.
• Assist with skill-building activities and personal goals.
• Accompany recipients to community activities and outings.
• Follow care plans and document progress as directed.
