Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan seeks reliable, compassionate support staff to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, helping with daily activities and skill-building.

You will accompany clients into the community to pursue personal goals, follow individualized care plans, and thrive in a team that values care, respect, and flexibility.

Paid training, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay are available as part of our supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Support Staff to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment. ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
