Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Support Staff to work 1:1 with Recipients in Southeast Michigan, assisting with skill-building activities and joining them in community outings to support personal goals. You will contribute to a thriving, compassionate environment and help recipients grow beyond the home.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay as part of ExpertCare's supportive culture in Southeast Michigan.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with Recipients in clients' homes to support, encourage and help with skill-building activities.
• Take Recipients into the community to help grow and strengthen personal goals outside of their home environment.
