Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Support Staff to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support and encourage skill-building activities and help clients engage with community opportunities to grow personal goals beyond the home environment.

Positions are available on a full-time and part-time basis. Paid training, flexible schedules, and weekly pay are offered to help you thrive in a supportive, compassionate team culture.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
