Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable and compassionate Support Staff to work in clients' homes providing 1:1 support to recipients. You will help with skill-building activities, encourage independence, and help them engage with the community to achieve personal goals outside of the home.

Full and part-time positions are available across Southeast Michigan, with paid training and a flexible schedule. A virtual interview process is used, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
