Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a reliable Direct Care Worker to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and you will accompany clients into the community to help grow their personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training and a flexible schedule, plus weekly pay and a virtual interview process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
