Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Support Staff to work 1:1 with our Recipients in their homes. You will provide encouragement, assist with skill-building activities, and help expand personal goals outside the home environment.

We serve a Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan, with full and part-time positions, paid training, and a flexible schedule. You’ll join a team committed to making a real difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to Recipients in their homes
• Assist with skill-building activities and personal goal development
• Accompany Recipients to community activities to broaden experiences
