Job summary

Performance Redistribution, a Performance Food Group company, is seeking a General Warehouse Manager to lead the warehouse management team and drive safety, productivity, and efficiency across daily operations.

You will supervise the afternoon shift (starts at 1 PM), Monday–Friday with no weekends, and oversee staffing, SOP development, equipment maintenance, inventory accuracy, and performance metrics to optimize throughput and service levels.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 2–4 years of warehouse management experience.
• 3+ years of leading a team of 40+ associates.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations and communicate daily with staff.
• Develop and monitor standard operating procedures for warehousing and transportation.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and serviced.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety programs.
• Lead hiring and training of warehouse staff.
