Qualifications

2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
1 year of SAP experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
Train and coach the warehouse team and provide positive development opportunities; recommend performance improvement actions as needed.
Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
Safely operate equipment and provide backup to warehouse.
