Job summary

GXO, a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions, is seeking a driven Lead to oversee a warehouse team and area, ensuring accurate inventory, on-time orders, and high safety standards.

Day shift, Monday–Friday, 5:30am–2:00pm. You’ll coach staff, assign tasks, train and develop, and support warehouse management with SAP and WMS tools.

Experience: 2 years in warehousing, SAP and WMS familiarity; high school diploma; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate reach trucks as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is preferred.
• Comfort with training and coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure accurate inventory and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities.
