Job summary

Conagra Brands in Louisville, KY is seeking a Machine Operator to operate, monitor and maintain production equipment at our facility, ensuring product quality and safety. You will work under the Production Team Leader as part of a collaborative shift-based team on the 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic machine operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to meet performance standards.
• Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Follow production schedules for timely completion.
• Maintain compliance with food safety standards and GMP.
• Document production data and machine performance.
• Support sanitation and cleaning to maintain a safe workplace.
• Communicate production status with team and leadership.
• Assist with changeovers, setup, and adjustments.
