Qualifications

• Basic machine operation knowledge.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Load and feed raw ingredients into blending equipment per recipes.
• Operate and monitor machinery for quality.
• Sanitize and maintain blending equipment.
• Use a forklift to move materials.
• Read safety instructions and SOPs.
• Follow GMP and food safety standards.
• Escalate food safety or operational risks.
• Maintain production documentation and communicate updates.
