Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 30+ biology/chemistry credits and 3 years of histology experience.
• ASCP HTL certification is required.
• Immunohistochemistry qualification (QIHC) preferred for senior role.

Responsibilities

• Lead laboratory operations across multiple disciplines with minimal supervision.
• Perform routine and complex analytic tissue preparation for histology.
• Teach routine and specialized techniques to teammates.
• Ensure standard work practices and quality across the lab.
• Contribute to applied R&D projects and drive quality improvement.
