Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, drivers, and vendors per site procedures.
• Staff the front desk, screen visitors, verify IDs, issue credentials, and maintain records.
• Monitor calls, deliveries, and visitor activity; direct guests and answer access questions.
• Respond calmly to incidents following site procedures and report concerns.
• Support a professional reception area and deter unauthorized access.
