Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Afternoon Cosmetics Company in Somerset, NJ. You will welcome visitors, manage access control, monitor alarms, and deliver customer service while maintaining a secure environment at a logistics and distribution site.

The role requires 18+ years of age for unarmed positions, a high school diploma, and background checks. Shift coverage is 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, full-time, with hourly pay of $19.68.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; background check and drug screen as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, drivers, and vendors by following site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify IDs and appointments, issue visitor credentials, and maintain entry records.
• Monitor calls, deliveries, and visitor activity; coordinate with site personnel to direct guests and answer access-related questions.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report concerns to appropriate personnel per site procedures.
• Support a professional, organized reception area while deterring unauthorized access at a logistics location.
