Job summary

The Citadel of Northbrook is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in Northbrook, IL. The RN assumes responsibility for a group of residents during the 3:00pm–11:00pm shift, providing care through assessment, planning, and evaluation of the care plan.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the State of Illinois.
• CPR certification required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-Term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing care per physician orders and regulations.
• Maintain clean and sanitary care areas.
• Direct and supervise CNA services on assigned unit.
• Record vitals, catheter care, IV therapy, and respiratory care as ordered.
• Process physician orders to charts and MAR.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
