Citadel Healthcare in Sterling is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Second or Third Shift teams. This role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

As an RN, you'll be responsible for both the care and management of residents, ensuring adherence to standards set by regulations and physician orders. You will provide essential nursing care, maintain a safe environment, and ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree or diploma from an accredited College or University.
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state.
• 1 year of experience preferred, ideally in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Provides licensed care to assigned residents as per physician orders.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in care areas.
• Charts nurses notes reflecting care provided and resident response.
• Monitors safety risks and ensures compliance with infection control standards.
