Peterson Park Health Care Center in Chicago, IL is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our patient‑centered team. This full‑time RN role offers a $3,000 sign‑on bonus and a salary range of $60,000 to $120,000 per year, plus on‑demand pay and competitive benefits.

You will follow care plans, conduct assessments, lead the nursing team, and advocate for residents, including those with dementia in the Evergreen Unit. Illinois RN license is required; prior RN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Illinois RN license.
• Prior RN experience is preferable.
• Ability to ensure residents receive medication and nursing care as directed by care plans.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans and administer medications as prescribed.
• Conduct resident assessments and monitor health status.
• Lead and coordinate the nursing team to deliver quality care.
• Advocate for residents and ensure a safe, comfortable environment.
