Job summary

Jade ABA in Lexington Park, MD is hiring registered behavior technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children in-home, primarily in afternoon cases with consistent weekly hours and a structured schedule.

The role involves implementing BCBA-developed plans, collecting data, collaborating with families, and participating in supervision and training. A valid RBT certification is required; experience with ASD and strong communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (required).
• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred — but not required for certified RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers.
