Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for afternoon hours to support children with Autism in home-based 1:1 sessions. The role emphasizes high-quality care, data collection, and collaboration with families and supervisors.

The team offers supportive supervision, flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time options), and a focus on work-life balance. Certifications must be current and drivers’ licenses preferred for in-home visits.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required and maintained.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
• Strong communication with families, supervisors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Collect and analyze data; prepare for presentation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency of programs.
