Jade ABA Therapy LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon and after-school ABA cases in Silver Spring, MD, with nearby opportunities in Kensington and Riverdale. The role offers a flexible schedule designed to maximize hours across low-travel areas and support a stable workload.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, follow treatment plans created by a BCBA, collect progress data, and collaborate with families while receiving supervision and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
