Job summary

Jade ABA in Rockville is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon ABA cases, with opportunities in Laurel, Gaithersburg, Silver Spring, Bethesda, Bowie and Upper Marlboro.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in children's homes, implement BCBA-developed plans, collect data, collaborate with families, and participate in supervision. 20-40 hours per week, Monday–Friday with some weekend opportunities; paid training and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children, preferably with ASD.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development.
