Job summary

Jade ABA Therapy LLC. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon and evening ABA cases in the Lexington Park and Great Mills area, with optional hours in nearby Riverdale. You will build a consistent weekly schedule by combining multiple cases, reducing travel while increasing total hours.

The role offers strong clinical supervision, paid training, and opportunities to work with BCBA-developed plans. Ideal for RBTs seeking reliable, local client work in Southern Maryland.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children, preferably with ASD.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data and track client progress.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development.
