Job summary

Bimeda in Le Sueur, MN is seeking a Production Supervisor for the morning shift to lead daily production activities and ensure adherence to cGMP, GDP, and safety standards. You will oversee inventory, scheduling, and performance metrics while coaching a diverse team to improve productivity.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, a related degree, and strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or college degree in a related field is required.
• Familiarity with FDA, cGMP regulations and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• OSHA knowledge is beneficial.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production to established specifications in a cGMP environment.
• Oversee inventory management of critical supplies to meet production needs.
• Maintain and optimize production schedules and performance metrics; reduce downtime, scraps, and defects.
• Coach, develop, and engage employees to achieve objectives; implement SOPs and best practices.
• Provide training to ensure staff competence in safety, quality, and GDP standards.
• Report deviations from validated processes and investigate with timely corrective actions.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental procedures are prioritized and followed.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet product quality standards and drive improvements.
• Manage attendance and payroll processing in the ADP system.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
