Responsibilities

• Supervise production in mixing, drying and packaging areas to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain sanitation and safety practices across the plant.
• Record production activities and results on the online computer for each shop floor.
• Lead crew members and assign tasks to meet production rates and standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, QA and other supervisors to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
