Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with all phases of pharmacy services under pharmacist supervision.
• Answers phones and provides excellent customer service.
• Collects patient information and maintains required records.
• Prepares medication orders and compounds medications as appropriate.
• Ensures pharmacist supervision and accuracy checks.
• Maintains controlled substance inventories and 340B/Charging management.
• Packages and labels medications to minimize waste.
• Keeps pharmacy clean and orderly.
• Communicates with caregivers and participates in safety initiatives.
• Seeks process improvements through team collaboration.
• Promotes Intermountain Health values and service behavior standards.
• Delivers consistent care and performs other duties as assigned.
