Job summary

Afternoon availability (3:00 PM–7:00 PM) and a compassionate, reliable approach are essential. Prior ABA experience and RBT certification preferred; candidates pursuing certification may be considered. This role offers ongoing training and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• RBT certification preferred; qualified candidates pursuing certification may also be considered.
• A background in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field is a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care.

Responsibilities

• Implementing individualized, one-on-one ABA treatment plans.
• Collecting accurate session data and tracking client progress.
• Following behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Communicating regularly with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development.
• Supporting family involvement and promoting generalization of skills.
