Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• ABA experience preferred; clinic experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting.
• Implement behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
• Collect accurate data during sessions and support skill acquisition goals.
• Collaborate with BCBAs/supervisors and communicate progress.
• Maintain session notes and basic documentation.
• Support a calm, respectful, and team-first clinic culture.
