Chambliss Center for Children is seeking a part-time childcare assistant for afternoon shifts. The position runs Monday–Friday with hours either 2:00–6:00 p.m. or 1:00–5:30 p.m. Pay starts at $11 with HS diploma, $13 with an ECE certificate, and up to $15 with an associate degree.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a fingerprint background check.
• Reliable, friendly, patient, and good with kids.
• Experience working with children in a group setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and play with children.
• Help keep classrooms safe, clean, and organized.
• Support teachers and step in where needed.
