Qualifications

• Must hold valid Florida Teaching Certificate with Mathematics or Elementary Education.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of classroom teaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Florida's BE.S.T. Mathematics Standards.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project-based mathematics instruction aligned with standards.
• Differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
• Prepare daily lesson plans and instructional materials.
• Monitor student progress and use data to guide instruction.
• Incorporate technology, manipulatives, and hands-on activities.
• Engage families through events and showcases.
• Collaborate with Instructional Coach and Site Coordinator.
