Responsibilities

• Utilizes EMR and/or LIS to place orders, receive and route specimens, track and label specimens.
• Provides clerical, administrative, and customer service support to the department.
• Dispatch couriers and communicate test results to nursing units/offices.
• Monitors and maintains supply inventory.
• Assists in training and orientation of new associates.
