Job summary

Fizzyy is seeking a Team Member in an energetic, customer-facing role in the Midwest. You will greet guests, craft custom soda orders using our Mix & Sip process, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment across shifts.

Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, enjoy fast-paced teamwork, and are flexible with scheduling, including weekends. Prior food-service or retail experience is a plus, with training provided and opportunities for growth within Fizzyy.

Qualifications

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a friendly service mindset.
• Follow standardized recipes to build soda orders quickly and accurately.
• Safely operate dispensers, ice machines, and cold equipment.
• Handle cash and process payments (basic familiarity).
• Commit to teamwork and flexible scheduling, including weekends.
• Previous food-service or retail experience is a plus; training provided.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

As a Team Member at Fizzyy, you’ll be the face of our brand, crafting drinks, delighting customers, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. You’ll learn our “Mix & Sip” process, earn rewards for customers, and help us grow our first-of-its-kind soda concept in the Midwest.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude
• Follow standardized recipes to build custom soda orders quickly and accurately

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent customer-service mindset and positive energy
• Ability to follow precise recipes and work quickly under pressure
• Comfort with handling ice, cold equipment, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs)
• Basic cash-handling and POS system experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and flexibility with scheduling (including weekends)
• Food-service or retail experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train enthusiastic newcomers!
