Job summary

Fizzyy in Greendale, WI is seeking a Team Member to be the face of our brand, craft drinks, and deliver a welcoming guest experience as we launch our Midwest soda concept.

You’ll learn our “Mix & Sip” process, follow recipes, operate dispensers and POS, keep stations clean, and assist with opening/closing duties. We value teamwork, reliability, and flexible schedules with growth opportunities and staff perks like free drinks and discounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-service mindset and positive energy.
• Ability to follow precise recipes and work quickly under pressure.
• Comfort with handling ice, cold equipment, and light lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Basic cash-handling and POS experience (preferred but not required).
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and scheduling flexibility (including weekends).
• Food-service or retail experience is a plus; training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate dispensers, ice machines, and refrigeration units safely
• Maintain station cleanliness (wiping counters, restocking supplies, disposing of trash)
• Educate customers on menu offerings, signature drinks, and loyalty program benefits
• Process orders and payments via POS system
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
• Support opening or closing procedures, including equipment checks and cleaning
