Job summary

Fizzyy in Wisconsin is seeking a Team Member to craft drinks, greet guests, and keep a clean, welcoming environment. You’ll learn our “Mix & Sip” process, assist with loyalty programs, and help grow our first-of-its-kind soda concept in the Midwest.

You’ll follow precise recipes, operate POS and dispensers, and work in a fast-paced team-friendly setting with flexible shifts that suit school and other jobs. Training is provided, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-service mindset and positive energy.
• Ability to follow precise recipes and work quickly under pressure.
• Comfort with handling ice, cold equipment, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs).
• Food-service or retail experience is a plus; willing to train newcomers.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and scheduling flexibility (weekends).

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude
• Follow standardized recipes to build custom soda orders quickly and accurately
• Operate dispensers, ice machines, and refrigeration units safely
• Maintain station cleanliness (wiping counters, restocking supplies, disposing of trash)
• Educate customers on menu offerings, signature drinks, and loyalty program benefits
• Process orders and payments via POS system
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed
• Support opening or closing procedures, including equipment checks and cleaning

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent customer-service mindset and positive energy
• Ability to follow precise recipes and work quickly under pressure

• Basic cash-handling and POS system experience (preferred but not required)
