Job summary

Sippy Soda & More in Riverton, UT is looking for team members to greet customers, prepare drinks, and help keep the shop clean while contributing to a welcoming, energetic environment.

You will assist with drive-thru and walk-up orders, follow safety standards, and support daily operations to ensure great customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail ensuring each drink and food item is made to order.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to work with a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Food Handler's Permit.
• Need to be at least 16 years old.
• Previous experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a member of the team you will help greet customers, make drinks and help keep things clean. You will be part of a team that has positive energy and helps create great customer experiences.

How You'll Contribute:

• Communicate clearly with team members and customers to ensure that everything is operating well and efficiently and take care of customers should any issues arise
• Help train team members and work with team members to ensure that schedules are efficient for team members and Sippy Soda & More
• Assist with any reports or documents needed
• Follow Sippy Soda & More's procedures to create the perfect drink and food for our customers
• Help keep workspaces and outdoor areas clean and spotless
• Assist with drive up and walk-up orders
• Assist with prepping and stocking items as needed to keep organized
• Follow safety and sanitation standards
• Work with team members to create goals and positive experiences for both the team and customers
• Follow company dress code and procedures
• Perform other duties as needed
