Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations at FiiZ Drinks. This role is responsible for overseeing team performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about delivering a high-quality guest experience while supporting the brand both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and brand consistency.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to meet performance and customer service standards.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and team productivity to optimize store performance.
• Ensure outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and maintain accurate stock control.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
• Track sales performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to drive growth.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members.
• Foster a positive, team‑oriented work environment aligned with company culture.
• Execute local marketing initiatives and promotions to increase store visibility and sales.
• Oversee and support store-level social media efforts, ensuring content is on‑brand and engaging.
• Encourage team participation in creating social media content and promoting products and experiences.
• Monitor online engagement and help drive awareness through creative, community-focused content.
• Handle cash management, including deposits and daily financial reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Previous management or leadership experience in retail, food service, or hospitality required.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proven ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in POS systems and standard office software.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in beverage, quick-service, or specialty drink environments.
• Familiarity with inventory management and cost control practices.
• Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts is a plus.
