Job summary: A FiiZ team member creates a positive customer experience through friendly service and prepares custom sodas and treats. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, handling transactions, making drinks, keeping the store clean, and working collaboratively with coworkers to maintain quality and efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

Customer service: Greet guests, take orders, and complete transactions accurately and efficiently. Aim to provide a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
Food and drink preparation: Prepare all products, including custom sodas, energy drinks, and treats, following all health, safety, and preparation standards.
Teamwork: Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations and consistent quality.
